In 1905 the Italian Vittorio Croizat buy the patent to build the Peugeot ' Baby ' and founded shortly after the Patent Company Peugeot Cars in 1906, become Peugeot Croizat Società Anonima Italiana to build cars under licence from the French. The company has, however, short-lived, a year after it melts. One of the partners is in 1908 the Officine Meccaniche Torino with Peugeot.
