Ian Irwin is sure that the hubcap is from a Yankee Springfield Roller. The last stroke, on the bottom right , of the "R" is straight whereas the English RRs have a curved last stroke. He puts it as a late Ghost or a Phantom 1. Both vintage in the 20s anyhow
