I have attached a photo of the cast aluminum wheel and a hub cap .

SayersScoville_NPPB_4_A.jpgS & S9 viewsDescription: Heavy NPPB cap for a S & S

Dimension: 3 7/16" diameter, 2 1/2" inner threads, 2 5/8" high, 2 1/2" across the sextant weighing 2 lb 3 1/2 oz

S & S hub cap, S & S Cincinnati, Ohio. 1924 – 1929. The S & S was the second passenger car built by the Sayers & Scovill Company of Cincinnati. Unlike the predecessor Sayers which was a standard production automobile, however, the S & S was merely a conversion from the firm’s professional car line. The S & S name was the same designation which had been used for the company’s hearses and ambulances since introduction in 1913.

The Sayers & Scovill was built between the years of 1917 and 1924 and is listed separately. (info from the Standard Catalog of American Cars 1805-1942). The cap should probably be listed as an S & S built by Sayers & Scovill.
