The Simplicia was built in New Orleans, Louisiana in 1910 by the Simplicia Automobile Company. No examples are known to have survived.
Thie cast brass cap has traces of nickel plating and has an outside diameter of 3 13/64" and is 1 1/4" high with 2 9/16"- 12 threads. It is 2 19/32" across the flats of the octagon.
